Just looking at the updates.
So far so good, bug fixtures and what not, all looking good but I'm a bit iffy with the new weapons and how it looks like it's going to end out.
So anywho, I'm thinking that currently the weapons need a MAJOR nerf. (Primarily, most of the newly added swords, and the footwear)
WEAPONS (Just what needs changes e.t.c)
Platinum Boots - at 100+ strength i do roughly 600+ damage, and my crits from the added weight e.t.c. is a good 1.7k+ damage
Something about that is just lame... not to mention the added (4+ speed gained from platinum boots but the platinum boots themselves have about 70+ weight, if anything it should be a decrease in speed)
Swords - Same area as Platinum boots, I understand Mihawk's sword having it's advantages over most weapons but it's getting ridiculous with the other sword weps
Knuckles - Seeing as with handwork is based on close range, in the face fighting, i thought their weapons was good for them (So i don't think nerfs are really needed, but eh)
Skills (Just what needs changes e.t.c)
I think so far all the skills are somewhat okay, the damage from the skill itself is alright.
except for one...
Marksmanship skill - Rapid Fire
I can only use gojan as an example of damage display since i've only seen him use it
I'm not sure how much strength Gojan has, but i think he does roughly 200'ish with a normal Gun shot, but with rapid fire it changes to two shots for 1.1k damage per hit, needs major nerfing
This is how i think rapid fire should work, you fire 3-4 shots that follow each-other one after the other in a single line.
Each shot does the same amount of damage you would do with a normal Gun shot. (OR slightly lower than a normal gun shot, since you're firing 3-4 of them anyways)
(This is how this technique should work, faster shots should give you speed advantages but it usually gives you a weaker damage output, it shouldn't give you both speed and stronger power)
Future additional weapons
In general, it seems that each weapon that is added to the game will have greater power than the last/previously newly weapon that was added to the game.
Eh, I think that for a game like this, with our health gain/energy gain, thats bad news.
I think you should make any further weapons share the same stats as Shuusui, Gold tonfas, Platinum knuckles.
(Can't say much for boots, the whole range of them seems a bit OP'd)
And so basically, I'm saying that any further choices a player would have to make is just for fashion sense and a liking to the icon of the weapon they're using
(Eh, people will probably dislike this, but if the weapon updates carries on as it is, soon i'ma be 2-3 hitting anyone to a knock out, unless they're a Zoan with a good health boost)
