One Piece guide - Updated 8 November 2011 - Made by Master The Epic Spectra
This guide will be about:
1st. Starting
2nd. Races
3rd. Training
4th. Skills
5th. Marine/Pirate
6th. Devil Fruits
1st: Starting
- At start it will say you have to pick stat points:
Strength, Speed, Endurance and Stamina.
They are based like this: Stamina - More energy(Mostly), Strength - More Health Points and Damage(Mostly), Endurance - Most Armor(Always) and Speed makes your character walk faster(Speed first makes a difference after 20-30 speed)
When making a character you mostly don't know what to do, your on an island with no NPC(Non-player character) telling you what to do. So this will be quick about what to do. On all start/spawn island there is logs(Training logs) where most peoples goes to train.
2nd: Races
- In the start it normally picks you as a human, but you might be lucky enough to get Fishmen or the Giant race. Fishmen and Giants are generally stronger than humans, but they cannot consume DFs(Aka Devil Fruits).
Human starts with 10 stat points
Fishmen starts with 25 stat points
Giant starts with 50 stat points
3rd: Training
- When you're under level 100 your forced to train at logs unless someone gives you a Weight(KG depends on strength, like 25 strength makes you able to lift 25Kg or under). When training you can set your training focus onto a specific stat(Strength, Stamina, Endurance or balanced), it is normally on balanced from the start - Which means each gain will be divided by 3 and contributed into the 3 stats.
4th: Skills
- Starting skills are: Punch, Kick, Slash, Swing and Sling shot. Each one of them can be used at start(Beside Sling Shot it requires a gun/Throwing weapon). As you use them you will notice that in the "Stats" tab you gain Handwork, Footwork etc. When you gain enough of one of these you will gain a extra skill. To find out what you can get check the forum onepiecescorpion.proboards.com/index.cgi
5th: Marine/Pirates
- When you have reached level 100+ it would be a good idea to join the Marines or a crew. Marines are the "Enforcer of Justice" that catches pirates, while pirates(Aka members of a crew) steal from civilians and Marines. Most peoples chooses Pirates over Marines.
6th: Devil Fruits
- At any level you would like a devil fruit, mostly because its what makes Humans stronger. There are 3 types of devil fruits: Paramecia, Logia and Zoan:
Paramecia - Fruits that can be random things and are placed as the weakest fruits.
Zoan - Animal fruits that gives the user the ability to transform into a animal and become stronger.
Logia - Elemental fruits that gives the user the ability to transform into their respected element or to control it. Logias are placed as strongest devil fruits.
Devil fruits can be found anywhere in the ocean, sometimes even on islands! There are normally 1-2 devil fruits in the world you start in and in the new world. Which means 2-4 devil fruits are spawned on the same time.
Legendary devil fruits does only spawn in New World(Such a Phoenix Phoenix)
